Will I get to see my design before it’s printed?

Of course! We will keep you up to date throughout the design process with PDF proofs. You can make as many amendments as you like… Once you are happy to sign off the design, we require you to confirm in writing (via email) that you are happy to proceed. Any changes made after your order has been approved may incur additional charges.

Can I change the wording?

Yes! If you have seen a design you like in our collections but would like the wording to be slightly different thats no problem, just let us know!

I have found a design I like but can I change the font/colour?

Yes! All our designs have been created right here at the studio so we can make small changes to suit your requirements.

How do I order my invitations?

If you would like one of our house designs, please add the quantity for your day/evening invites separately so you can fill in the personalisation form twice with different times and/or venues and info (this will pop up when you click add to cart)

If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer or are would like a price for a bespoke design, please contact laura@llcreativedesign.co.uk to place your order. We will send you proofs of your bespoke design and once you are happy with them you will receive an invoice.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you approve your proof, please allow 4-6 weeks for us to create your order. If you need your order sooner than this please contact us to make sure we can meet your requirements

Should I order extra invites?

I would always recommend you order 5 to 10 extra invites for those last minute additions to the guest list. They make create keepsakes too!

Delivery & Collection

If you are based in Carlisle, Cumbria and would prefer to collect your order from the studio. Please just let us know and we can arrange this for you! All orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Table Plans and larger items will be sent with a tracked courier service.

Returns

We are unable to accept returns as most of our products are bespoke/personalised. If there are any problems with your order please contact us as soon as possible.
